Zion National Park vacation home. Our 6 bedroom, 4 bath, 2 family room layout is ideal for extended family get-aways. With a private pool, hot tub, putting green, volleyball net, horse shoe and fire pit, there's plenty to do at the house when you're not visiting nearby Zion National Park, Quail Creek Reservoir, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Sky Mountain Golf Course (directly across the street) or shopping in St. George. We've made wonderful memories here and hope you and your family will too. Speaking of the pool, it was built close to the house and the full wall sliding glass doors allow you make the great room/patio/pool one big living space. It has a built in hot tub and a shallow splash-pad area for the smaller folks… plus an automatic pool cover with keyed switch allows you close the pool when grownups aren’t available to watch the little ones. Our 2018 Modern Tiny Home has 264 square feet for you to enjoy, conveniently situated 40 minutes from Zion National Park. It is set up in Zion West RV Park in Leeds, Utah. The tiny home is truly a work of modern art, complete with a full bathroom, 2 lofts (one queen bed and one twin bed), a pull out sofa bed, and a washer/dryer combo! The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you will need. Check in time is 3PM. Check out time is 11AM. **You may borrow my National Park Pass!** Hygge (HUE-gah) is the Danish way of celebrating comfort and the simple pleasures in life! Creating a cozy atmosphere so you (and a friend) can enjoy each other's company, is my mission! This tiny home was designed by my husband and I to feel as open as possible by letting in a ton of natural lighting with 10 windows! It also has butcher block counters, a bowl sink in the bathroom, a kitchen farm sink, and a drop down butcher block table. We took no short-cuts to make this place absolutely stunning for our guests! This Tiny Home also has a full stand-up shower (shampoo/conditioner and body wash available), TV w/ Netflix, Wifi, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and washer/dryer combo in case of those laundry emergencies! Being in an RV park for some people might be too busy. So that's why we put in a privacy fence all around our spot so you can feel comfortable and have your own space! We now have hammocks and a fire pit with skewers provided for roasting marshmallows! The home can sleep up to 5 people comfortably (although when there ARE five people, storage becomes very limited inside). The queen loft is carpeted and has a queen bed with a privacy wall to keep things... well... private :) The twin loft is also carpeted and has a Ventilated Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress. The sofa downstairs pulls out to become a queen bed and can comfortably sleep two adults (pillows and blankets will be in the storage underneath). All bedding has a down comforter with duvet! There is one ladder that goes to the twin loft and queen loft. When ladder is not being used it is stored up against the fridge. *Note: the ladder is steep, anyone who has limited mobility and/or children should not try to risk it and sleep on the sofa bed. Also, if twin loft is not being used for sleep, it can be used as storage! I.E. Your suitcases and other belongings. Leeds is a small town found easily right off the I-15 for those quick overnight stays! It sits just 40 minutes from Zion National Park's entrance, 15 minutes from St. George, 15 minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir, and 5 minutes from Quail Lake!
